The prisoners are Victor Manuel Sierra Lugo, 24 years old; Domingo Alcántara (a) Paniagua, 22 years old, and Alejandro Ramírez Luciano (a) Nini, 22 years old, who reside in the Doña Ana sector of that province, according to a press release provided by the uniformed police.
“The detainees are under the control of the Ministry Publicfor the corresponding legal purposes. They face charges for committing armed robbery,” he added.

Diego Pesqueira, spokesman for the Police National Police said that after the arrest, a firearm, the motorcycle stolen from the young man in the video and other evidence were seized.
