The starting salary is R$20.9 thousand, plus benefits. Applications can be made from Friday (26), at 10 am, until 11:59 pm on August 19, on the website of the competition organizer, Cesgranrio Foundation. The registration fee is R$110. Those registered in the Federal Government’s Single Registry of Social Programs and bone marrow donors are exempt from the fee.

The institution’s last competition took place 12 years ago.

Positions

The vacancies for the position of analyst will be in the following areas: administration, systems analysis/cybersecurity, systems analysis/development, systems analysis/support, architecture/urban planning, digital archiving, accounting, social communication, law, economics, engineering and organizational psychology. The candidate must have specific training.

For the data science area, the candidate can have a higher education degree in any area.

For professionals in the areas of administration, accounting, law, economics, engineering and organizational psychology, registration with the respective professional council or order is also required.

The vacancies offered are for the BNDES headquarters, located in Rio de Janeiro. However, according to the service needs and the interest of the bank’s management, those approved may be assigned to the bank’s branches in Brasília, São Paulo or Recife.

Those approved must be available to travel for work within the country or abroad.

Vacancies

The bank reserved 30% of vacancies for black people and 15% for people with disabilities (PcD). BNDES states that the minimum percentage was increased from 5% to 15% (10% more than the legal minimum), after negotiations and the signing of a Conduct Adjustment Term (TAC) with the Federal Public Ministry.

“The reservation of vacancies for black people that seeks to correct this distortion is in line with BNDES’ institutional objectives of promoting diverse and inclusive development,” says the BNDES note.

In the 2012 selection process, the law that determines racial quotas in competitions was not yet in force, as the legislation dates back to 2014. According to the bank, in the current staff, around 14.6% of employees declare themselves black, with 12.9% being mixed race and 1.7% being black.

After the approval of the final results, candidates who declared themselves black when registering and are approved “will be called in a specific notice for in-person verification of the veracity of the self-declaration provided, on a date, place and time established by the Cesgranrio Foundation, for the complementary hetero-identification procedure for the self-declaration of black people”, informs the notice.

Those registered for vacancies for people with disabilities (PcD) must submit a certificate, report or report, as detailed in the public selection notice.

Evidences

For the first time, the tests will be held in the 27 capitals. The selection process is scheduled for October 13 (Sunday).

The candidate must choose the city where he/she wishes to take the test and the position and area he/she will be applying for at the time of registration.

According to BNDES, the objective test will be given in the morning and will last four hours. The essay test will be given in the afternoon, also lasting four hours.

Remuneration

The starting salary provided for in the bank’s new job and salary plan is R$20,900. The working week is 35 hours.

In addition to the rights provided for by law, successful candidates will have the following benefits: possibility of career advancement in accordance with the job and salary plan in force at the time of admission and according to the employee’s performance; health care; educational assistance (nanny assistance, daycare and primary and secondary education); and a supplementary pension plan, as well as advantages established by specific supplementary rules that are in force at the time of hiring.

At the opening of the States of the Future meeting, at the bank’s headquarters, the president of BNDES, Aloizio Mercadante, highlighted the importance of the competition and that new professionals will be in demand, “because we are professionally the institution that transfers the most resources to the National Treasury”.
