The debate between Andrade and Manini Ríos, which is organized by the Cardinal TV signal, would initially be broadcast on Channel 5, however the director of public media, Gerardo Sotelo, changed his mind and decided not to broadcast it to “keep the equanimity of the public channel”.

After learning of Sotelo’s decision, Andrade said that “in just twenty-four hours there was an unusual change of criteria.”

“Where was the decision made? There are decisions that are very sad, because we all lose”, sentenced the legislator from the Front.

After Channel 5’s decision was made known, TV-Ciudad’s decision to broadcast the debate live on Tuesday 22nd at 9:00 p.m. was made known.

It can also be seen on Vera TV, YouTube, Facebook Live, and on 120 channels in the interior of the country.
