Marset warns of dismissal of judges who charged his wife: "She has no charges to serve"

In the audio, the Uruguayan mocks the Spanish police and says that it was Gianina García who decided to “turn herself in and solve her problem.”

“The police did nothing. I laugh at those frauds, They appear on TV saying, making people believe that: ‘thanks to the work of the police and the exchange of information and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,’ my wife was arrested,” Marset said.

He added that his wife arrived in Dubai with her own passport.

“I publicly apologize to my wife for having to go through all this.. And I apologize to all of his family and mine. Because of the situation and well, I trust in God that everything will fall into place and will be resolved in the best way. That is the only justice I believe in,” Marset ends the message.

The recent arrest of Gianina García Troche, Marset’s wife, It is the trigger for the fugitive drug trafficker to contact the Uruguayan Channel 4 program again. García Troche was arrested on July 18 at Barajas Airport, Madrid, during an operation coordinated by Interpol Spain and Uruguay.

The arrest took place at 1:30 p.m. local time (8:30 a.m. in Bolivia). According to Marset and his lawyer, Gianina García Troche turned herself in to the Spanish policeexpecting a lesser sentence. However, the Spanish police maintain a different version. They claim that the arrest was made due to active Interpol alerts.

The deputy head of Interpol Paraguay, Virgilio Chávez, indicated that his release will be requested extradition to Paraguay to face charges related to illegal activities from your partner.

García Troche arrived in Spain on a flight from Dubai. According to legal sources in Uruguay, the couple had requested the eastern country to obtain the birth records of their children. This request would have alerted Interpol to locate both of them.

Marset is the most wanted man in Bolivia and has an Interpol red notice.
