She broke her silence when she learned that her sisters were victims of the same crime.

The National Police, through the National Directorate of Judicial Investigation and in coordination with the Public Prosecutor’s Office, arrested a man allegedly linked to investigations for the crime Against Freedom and Sexual Integrity in its form of Rape, to the detriment of his stepdaughter and three of his biological daughters.

The arrest of the suspect of sexual assault took place in the town of El Chorrillo, this morning, Friday, July 19 of this year, and he was sent for the necessary procedures.

According to investigations carried out by judicial authorities, the man had been abusing his stepdaughter since she was 13 years old. Today she is 21 years old and decided to break the silence and report her aggressor after learning that her three sisters, aged 16, 15 and 13, were also being victims of this person.

The National Police urges the entire population to report sexual crimes or any suspicion of these serious acts that threaten the physical, psychological and sexual integrity of children and adolescents.
