The President of Argentina, Javier Mileihas once again been in the spotlight after denouncing two attempts at “currency runs” and accusing the head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission, Rodrigo Valdés, of having “bad intentions towards Argentina.”
These statements have caused a great stir in the political and economic spheres of the country, and have put the relations between Argentina and the IMF in the spotlight of discussion.
