With a low attendance of applicants yesterday morning, the employment day in Santo Domingo Este announced by the Ministry of Labor (MT).
Two companies are reportedly looking for staff for around 150 positions, including: supervisors; waiters; cashiers; janitors; cooks; maintenance assistants; among others.

Of the few people who on Friday morning filled out the form provided by the MT staff and deposited their resumes, many They were young people no older than 35 years old.
In addition, there were more women than men looking for a job.
Such was the case of Aurelia Troncoso 27 years old, who said he was interested in the kitchen position because he had studied to be a chef.
“I finished the course two years ago. I have been working, but I want to look at other options,” she said.
He said he had wanted to start a business but had been unable to secure capital.
