Sunat will auction 16 properties on July 24

On July 24, the National Superintendence of Tax Administration () will hold the seventh auction of the year of 16 properties valued at S/54,708,652.76.

Among the properties to be auctioned are three commercial premises located in the district of La Victoria, which have a base price of S/43,054.24 each.

Another commercial property to be auctioned in La Victoria has a base price of S/43,790.23. Another industrial property to be auctioned is in Callao for an initial value of S/33,270,966.59.

Among the properties to be auctioned off is also a warehouse in Santiago de Surco (S/35,240.84), and a plot of land in San Antonio from S/620,00382.48.

Meanwhile, in the Magdalena district, an apartment and two parking spaces will also be auctioned. In addition, two warehouses will be auctioned in San Martín de Porres.

The Sunat list also includes a house in San Miguel, an apartment in Miraflores and a plot of land in Cerro Azul.
