A one and a half month old baby was abandoned on Monday in the Alto Lima area of El Alto, at the gates of a health center. The newborn was found inside a jute bag, which also contained a blanket, milk, bottle, diapers and a letter.
Rosario is her conventional name. She was found Monday afternoon at the San Simón medical center. Now, she is in the Temporary Shelter 24 hours.

In the letter you can read: “Please, I have no resources to raise, I can’t, I have many children, she has a month and a half.”
The Mayor’s Office of El Alto asked the relatives to contact the numbers 156 or 2836200.
