The president of the National Council of Private Enterprise, Temístocles Rosas, indicated that it is positive that 14 commissions have been formed, however it is necessary to form the last one, which is the budget commission.
Rosas pointed out that the deputies, before arriving at the Assembly, must familiarize themselves with the internal regulations in order to proceed, “it seems that the composition of the budget commission will be put to a vote.”
Regarding the officials who complain about the state of their jobs, he said that they should report them to the competent authorities, but the most important thing is to find solutions to the problems of the population.
Regarding the problem of bottles within state entities, Rosas said that operating expenses have been exceeded and that the functioning of the State must be rationalized and adjusted.
Regarding the impact that the Panama David train and the cable car in San Miguelito will have, he said that it is necessary to see what the sources of financing will be and that they do not generate burdens for the State.
