The Electoral Court defined the color of the ballots for the next plebiscites to be held in October along with the national elections. The plebiscites are: the one for the social security reform which seeks to modify article 67 of the Constitution of the Republic, and which enables night raids by modifying article 11.
Thus, the Electoral Court decided that the ballot for the “yes” to the social security reform will be white, and the one for night raids will be yellow.
The full text of the reform proposed in the plebiscite will be present on both ballots.
For the “yes” to win, the majority of votes must be obtained and 35% of those eligible must be present. And the Electoral Court will print 5 million ballots for each one.
