After more than six months of searching, agents from the Special Force to Fight Crime (Felcc) managed to capture one of the leaders of the invaders that were entered violently on private property El Encantofrom the Guarayos province.
The arrested person was identified as Rimberto YV and is being transferred, under strong police guard, to the capital of Santa Cruz to be locked up in cells at the Felcc, in the third ring of the city, waiting for the Prosecutor’s Office to take his statement.
Lawyer Álvaro La Torre informed EL DEBER that the accused man is involved in the violent taking carried out by an armed group of the El Encanto property, which belongs to the Yucra family, which he legally represents.

“He had been wanted for more than six months, but he always managed to escape from the Police until he was finally captured. Rimberto is one of the most experienced leaders of the oppressors of Guarayos and is an operational part of the armed groups that run the illegal settlements,” the lawyer revealed.
La Torre commented that Rimberto has been involved in multiple assaults of properties located on the borders of Santa Cruz and Beni.
He added that he will ask the Prosecutor’s Office to charge him with subjugation and land trafficking. will demand that order his preventive detention in jail of Palmasola, as it indicates that there are serious indications of his direct participation in the fourth enslavement of the El Encanto propertyrecorded last April 11 of this year.
