What are the foods that have dropped in price in Chile, according to Odepa

The Ministry of Agriculture, through the Office of Agrarian Studies and Policies (Odepa), has revealed the food seasonal products that have experienced a notable decrease in prices during the last week in various regions of Chile. This study provides valuable information about the most accessible products in different locations in the country, allowing consumers to make informed decisions when making their purchases.

In the Arica and Parinacota Region, foods such as kiwi, apple, onion, potato, pepper and whole trutro chicken stand out, which have registered significant reductions in their prices at free fairs and local butcher shops. This trend is also observed in other regions such as Coquimbo, Valparaíso, Metropolitana and Maule, where products such as apples, lemons, pears, potatoes, peppers, among others, have experienced decreases in their costs.
