Banks of the region anticipate wishes of their clients

72% of the banks in the Latin American and Caribbean region estimate that, within the next five years, their clients will require not having to go to the branches in person.
The statement was made by the technology company Fiserv, who added that 78% of banks estimate that there will be a clear and specific demand for omnichannel services.

He stated that “this implies a strong focus in the technology team to reduce transactions that cannot yet be carried out remotely through digital channels. In fact, according to the report, 90% of banks indicate that they reached their current digital capacity due to the need to remain competitive in the market.
