“There are restaurants that are going to recover a little and reach 30% of their sales and others may exceed 50%, this will also depend on the capacity of capacity so that couples can spend happy moments with the security measures of the case by the distance that must exist between the tables”, he commented.
In addition, he said that regarding the hotels in Lima that are part of NOW Peru, of three and four stars, the reservations are around 40%; “Couples always wait until the last minute to make their reservations,” he said.
