After President Pedro Castillo appointed his new ministerial cabinet, and with it, the questioned Minister of Health, Hernán Condori, the journalist César Hildebrandt opined that Vladimir Cerrón, secretary general of Peru Libre, had managed to “enter the Palace” by get them to place in the portfolio mentioning his friend from Junín.
