The Diplomacy The Bolivarian Peace Movement promoted by the National Government continues to bring the truth of Venezuela and strengthen relations of friendship and cooperation with the different nations of the world, highlighted this Sunday the chancellor of the Republic, Yván Gil.
In his customary balance of work, Foreign Minister Gil indicated through his account on the social network Twitter that Venezuela took its truth to the III Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States with the European Union (Celac-EU).
“This week the work agenda in Bolivarian Peace Diplomacy was focused on continuing to bring the truth of Venezuela to the world, at the III Celac-EU Summit, highlighting the historic peace legacy of the Liberator Simón Bolívar and strengthening international alliances,” Gil posted on Twitter.
Gil emphasized that Venezuela in international instances once again highlighted “the historical legacy of peace of the Liberator Simón Bolívar.”
He also stated that the work agenda has strengthened international alliances.
Work agenda: condemnation of sanctions
Foreign Minister Yván Gil, through a video posted on Twitter, stressed that the international agenda included a strong condemnation of the unilateral coercive measures imposed against Venezuela by the United States government.
“We start the week in Brussels with the attendance of Vice President Delcy Rodríguez at the summit of the Celac-EUa broad condemnation of unilateral coercive measures, broad support for peace and broad support for the integration of both blocs in conditions of equality and respect,” he said.
He also commented that the Vice President participated in the People’s Summit where she made “a magisterial speech in defense of the Bolivarian Revolution and our Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.”
Meeting with several presidents
Gil emphasized in the meeting held by the vice president Delcy Rodríguez with the presidents of France, Emmanuel Macron; from Argentina, Alberto Fernandez; from Brazil, Lula Da Silva; and the High Representative of the European Union, Josep Borrell, during which “a new call was made for the lifting of unilateral coercive measures.”
He noted that he met with his counterpart from Türkiye, Hakan Fidan, with whom he signed an investment protection treaty between the two nations.
Moscow: Statue and High Level Meeting
Finally, Foreign Minister Yván Gil highlighted the inauguration of an imposing and stupendous statue of the Liberator Simón Bolívar in Moscow, Russia, by the Mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez.
And he also highlighted the visit of the Oil Minister, Rafael Tellechea, as part of the meeting of the High Level Commission with Russia.
“With this work we say goodbye by putting the Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace on high,” he added.
