A cadet from the Army Military Technical Academy died after being wounded with a dagger, according to military sources. The event occurred inside the aforementioned military establishment located in Maracay (Aragua) where the victim Javier Alejandro Toro Blanco (17) was studying.
The young man suffered a wound in the abdominal area and was transferred to the emergency service of the Elbano Paredes Vivas Military Hospital, being referred to the operating room in order to determine the damage.
Through exploratory laparotomy, the doctors found an infrarenal aortic lesion, an abdominal aortic lesion, and a right renal lesion as a result of a sharp-edged object (dagger), which caused her death.
The first versions indicate that the person presumed responsible for the fatal wound is the third-year cadet Johan Alberto Torrealba Seco, who is being interrogated by the Military Prosecutor’s Office, which was notified.

In another event, William González Mendoza (33) was killed with a shot to the head, which he received when he was leaving a warehouse in the La Terraza sector, El Guarataro, Caracas.
The crime occurred after 10 pm last Monday. González Mendoza worked as a barber in the sector, according to relatives.
