Panama starts against Venezuela in the U18 Baseball World Cup

Panama opens the U18 Baseball World Championship against Venezuela in a match scheduled to be played on September 1 at the Tien-Mou stadium in the city of Taipei, Taiwan, and where 12 teams will play, divided into two groups.

Panama and Venezuela will play at about 1:00 pm, being 12:00 midnight the day before throughout the Panamanian territory. Panama and Venezuela will play in Group B of the World Cup, where there are also teams from the United States, Japan, the Netherlands and Spain.

Group A is made up of the teams from Australia, the Czech Republic, Korea, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Chinese Taipei. The World Championship will be played between August 31 and September 10, but the opening day will only see one game, between Australia and Taiwan, at the Tien-Mou Stadium in Taipei City.

On September 2, Panama faces Japan at 6:30 pm (5:30 am on September 2), on September 3 they face the Netherlands at 2:30 pm (1:30 am on September 3). September), on the 4th it will be against the United States at 2:30 pm (1:30 am on September 4) and closes on September 5 against Spain at 10:30 am (9:30 pm on September 4). .

The Super Round will be played on September 7, 8 and 9 and on September 10 will be the medal game.

Panama will soon announce the national preselection that will begin training with a view to the World Cup event and also its coaching staff.
