Initially, the reception and opening of offers was scheduled for the next July 19, but now it is extended until September 12, according to the resolution published in the State Purchases website.

In addition, it is stated that since the State is the main consumer of cement in the country, and in turn is a producer, it must take advantage of this situation to cover the needs in terms of housing, roads and infrastructure.
The union measures of the last few days have also affected the previous work necessary for the technical shutdown of the refinery from La Teja who are late today. Initially that stop was scheduled to start in September and end in December, but today it is in doubt.
