Earlier the commission indicated that they were working to open more channels and improve user flow. “From the CNP we continue working to guarantee that all citizens who are interested in registering today can complete their process.”

For the CNP, the collapse suffered by the platform is a consequence of the motivation of Venezuelans to participate in the registry and in the primary election process.
“We are sorry that some have faced difficulties and we hope that this is not something that discourages their participation. We continue working so that everyone can exercise their right, overcoming difficulties thanks to the support and solidarity of those who have made this initiative possible,” he wrote in a statement.

This Sunday, July 9, the registration process for Venezuelans abroad who wish to participate in the primary elections ends at 11:59 p.m. (Venezuelan local time). Those who are interested in participating can enter the web portal www.primariaexterior.com.
The National Primary Commission informed through its account on the social network Twitter that “Today, at 10:40 a.m., there are already 211,694 Venezuelans abroad who have updated their data to participate in the election.”
