This Saturday afternoon the folkloric pre-entry is held in honor of the Virgen del Carmen in the 16 de Julio area, from the city of El Alto. The activity is organized by the Association of Folkloric Ensembles July 16 of that city.
More of 60 fraternities will participate in the entry, the next week. This Saturday, fraternities that dance morenada, waca-waca, llamerada, tinku, tobas, and even Chaco rhythms show a preview of their choreographies, which they will offer with devotion to the Virgen del Carmen.

The troops of the urban order will be distributed in eight points, along the route. They will control the safety of food, as well as the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages, informed Luis Chura, director of Public Security of that Municipality.
He added that five ambulances will be available to attend emergencies, that could arise; He explained that the patrol will be carried out at all times to avoid accidents, and that personnel from the Ombudsman for Children and Adolescents will have personnel at the beginning and at the end of the tour, in order to help in case of missing minors.
The municipal mayor, Wilmer Quisbert, announced controls over the sale of adulterated beverages and the inspection of stalls that obstruct circulation routes. The Intendancy will verify that adequate conditions exist for the preparation and sale of food.
