Conatel establishes a term to declare Telecommunications Taxes

Conatel establece plazo para declarar Tributos de Telecomunicaciones

The representatives of the National Telecommunications Commission (Conatel)they announced to the telecommunications servers that they will have until July 17, to make the declaration and payment of Telecommunications taxesthrough Conatel en Línea and the digital platform of Banco de Venezuela (BDV).

Likewise, to pay taxes through the BDV web portal, you must follow the following steps:

  • Enter the website bankvenezuela.com
  • Legal person.
  • Service Payments.
  • Type of service.
  • Contributions/Tax (Select the Conatel option).

In this sense, the regulatory body recommends duly authorized service providers to take their provisions for the declaration and payment of telecommunications taxes; whose obligation must be met within the first 15 days after the end of the second calendar quarter, in compliance with the provisions of the Telecommunications Organic Law and the Organic Tax Code.
