“Good businessman”, the legal concept that threatens gender equality

How we use language is directly linked to how we relate to society, therefore, also with the search for equality and gender equality. And in the field of business and law there are two legal concepts that hide inequality between men and women, and also between those who have children and not in language: “good businessman” and “good family man”.
