The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (inameh), forecasts for this Sunday cloudy development producing rain or showers, electrical activity and gusts of wind, being more intense and frequent in Zulia, the Andes, Western Plains, Guárico, Amazonas, Bolívar and El Esequibo.
This atmospheric situation is due to the passage of tropical wave number 14 that continues its displacement from the center to the west of Venezuela; activating and reinforcing the intertropical convergence zone; refers press release.
Likewise, fragmented cloudiness associated with isolated rains or drizzles is expected in Centro Norte Costero, Sucre, Monagas and Delta Amacuro; Estimating accumulated rainfall between 5-55 l/m² and maximums of up to 90 l/m² to the west of Apure and Barinas.
The rest of the country will prevail with partial and fragmented cloudiness, the extreme minimum temperature in the early morning hours, 8°C in the mountains of Mérida; maximum after noon, close to 38°C in Falcón and Zulia.
Greater Caracas, according to the report, is expected to be partly cloudy in the morning; Patchy clouds after noon with scattered rain or drizzle.
