Tie-breaker:
In those positions where the election must be repeated, article 247 of the Electoral Code establishes that the new ceiling will be 50% of the ceiling of the previous election, and the period for the application of the ceilings will be that of the planned campaign. for the new election.
Due to the aforementioned, another Income and Expense Report must be presented, corresponding to each of the elections (tie and tiebreaker). As stated in articles 240 and 241 of the Electoral Code.
