This condition interacts with the Intertropical Convergence Zone; reinforced by the divergence of winds, in the high levels of the troposphere, it will generate abundant cloudiness with precipitations of variable intensity, accompanied by electrical activity and gusts of wind, in a large part of the national territory.
rainy activity will be intense in areas Zulia, the Andes, Central Plains, North Coastal Center, Northeast, Insular region, Amazonas, Bolívar and Guayana Esequiba.
The Inameh specifies that, in the Central Region and Capital, which includes the states of Miranda, La Guaira, Aragua, Carabobo and the Capital District, there will be abundant cloudiness with rainfall of variable intensity, at dawn and in the early hours of the morning; partly to cloudy for the rest of the day with scattered rain or drizzle.
