Dr. María Asunción Moreno says that Nicaraguans have denounced inside and outside the country, what they are experiencing in the territory and what they suffer beyond the border. «The cost of exile is incalculable»points out about the latter.
«Despite the gray outlook» country lives, Moreno believes that forums such as the Organization of American States (OAS) will soon achieve, through diplomacy and dialogue, open the way for a transition from the current dictatorship to democracy in Nicaragua.
