The Mercado Libre payment platform, Market Payment, has announced a new tool that allows users to withdraw cash for free at more than four thousand ATMs nationwide. With this innovation, Mercado Pago becomes the first non-bank issuer to offer this function in the country.
The option, which was already available in Brazil, consists of scanning the QR code found on the screen of the ATM automatically through the Mercado Pago application. Since June 22, this service is available at all Redbanc ATMs, with the exception of those belonging to Banco Estado and Banco Falabella.

This option provides users of Market Payment a series of alternatives to manage your personal finances. In addition to cash withdrawals, the Mercado Pago digital account offers instant and unlimited transfers, as well as the possibility of obtaining a physical prepaid card that allows you to make purchases both in Chile and abroad. You can also use the card to travel on public transport with Bip! QR, buy and sell cryptocurrencies, among other aspects.
With this new functionality, Market Payment expands its offer of digital financial services and continues to position itself as a solid alternative in the market. The convenience of withdrawing cash without the need to carry a physical card adds an additional level of convenience for users, who will be able to access their funds quickly and securely at an extensive network of ATMs throughout the country.
