The officials of the fire departments They are deployed in La Yaguara, Antímano parish in Caracas to fight a fire that broke out this Wednesday afternoon at the Suelatex textile company.

Through your account at Twitter social network, Carlos Pérez Ampueda, Vice Minister for Risk Management and Civil Protection, indicated that for this eventuality there are firefighters and Civil Protection troops from the National Risk Management System.

In this sense, he explained that until now “there are no possibilities of spreading it.”

In order to attend to the emergency, the evacuation of the personnel that was in the companies and hotels adjacent to the industry was carried out.

“The controlled evacuation of the personnel of companies and hotels adjacent to the event is carried out,” wrote Pérez Ampueda on the social network.

For his part, the first commander of the Caracas Fire Department, Pablo Palacios, recommended that people take their precautions, especially drivers who have to drive through the affected area.

“We recommend that drivers take precautions to circulate in the affected area and allow trucks with water resources to enter and exit,” Palacios wrote on his Twitter account.

Likewise, users of the social network Twitter reported a cloud of smoke through the industrial zone.
