A 21-year-old young man was admitted to a clinic in the municipality of Montero on Sunday night; however, who moved it, abandoned it and until now his whereabouts are unknown.

The medical personnel who attended the patient indicated that the 21-year-old man, identified as José Ruddy Chávez, He arrived without vital signs, then the authorities were alerted for the body to be transferred to the judicial morgue.

The forensic doctor verified that Chávez had suffered a wounded by a gunshot woundthe same one that would have perforated his lung and heart.

One of the sisters of the deceased young man indicated to the press that they were alerted that José Ruddy had died, but she still did not know how the events occurred.

I don’t know what happened to my brother, I just know that they killed him. He coroner said he was shot in the back, that the bullet pierced his heart and lung. I don’t know what happened, I saw him already dead,” says the sister of the young man who was killed.

Preliminarily, it is known that Chávez was on board a truck with a group of young people inside, driving through the streets of Montero and would have been attacked by, presumably a cousin of his, who shot him in the back.

The Police began the investigations, while Chávez’s body was transferred to his home where he is guarded by his relatives.
