Police apprehend “Balotely” in San Miguelito for gang membership

Through a search and search procedure at a residence in the Rogelio Sinán sector in the San Miguelito district, police units of the Judicial Investigation Directorate (DIJ) apprehend alias “Balotely” required for the crime against Collective Security in its modality of gangsterism.

According to the investigations, this person is required by the San Miguelito Compliance Court, for his alleged links to a gang calling itself Time To Kill or TTK.

In December 2016, the Specialized Prosecutor for Illicit Association together with the National Police developed operational actions that allowed the dismantling of this criminal organization, dedicated to the commission of serious crimes, such as; Homicides, Drugs, Illegal Possession of Firearms, Robbery, Theft, among others.

The 32-year-old man who was apprehended was sent for the procedures corresponding to the orders of the requesting authorities for his due process.
