The highest m2 is in the area near the Uruguay Golf Club, in the Punta Carretas neighborhood, and amounts to US$3,804 (US$ 264 more than that of Carrasco Sur). This place was positioned third in the ranking that orders the places in Uruguay according to the cost of its square meter.
