In the midst of the reconstruction of the femicides of Iris and Lucy, the mother of serial rapist Richard Choque crashed into the press and said: “Enough of killing us civilly, please stop scrubbing.”

The woman has avoided speaking to the media about the crimes her son committed, including the murder of two teenage girls who were reported missing in 2021.

His remains were found in a house in the Ballivián area, where the accused, his sister and his mother lived.

This Monday, an operation of police officers and officials from the Prosecutor’s Office moved to that place. The accused and his relatives were taken there. The three are being held in prisons in La Paz.

“Murderer, murderer!” Some people who arrived at that point in the city of El Alto yelled at her: “Don’t you have a daughter?” They questioned her.

Hours later, a part of the house was demolished to allow the entry of heavy machinery. The remains of more victims are being sought.
