It should be noted that El Duque is the son of the Comptroller General of the Republic, Elvis Amoroso.
The apprehended, José Villegas and Eileen Yépez will be charged by the Public Ministry before the AMC Control Court 21.
According to what was reported to the press, the artist is being held in a clinic in Caracas due to a bad reaction he had to the anesthesia given, for which they had to put him into an induced coma.
