This subject presented an arrest warrant for his alleged connection to the murder of Vice Admiral Viberto Quintero Pérez in active reserve situation, which occurred on September 7, 2020 in the Aragüita II sector, Ocumare del Tuy (Miranda).

The man was captured on a street in El Cementerio, Caracas, according to a report by the Division Against Organized Crime (Dcdo) of the PNB.

In a video released by the PNB, the detainee can be seen, admitting that he participated in the fact under investigation. “Being required by the death of Admiral Quintero… which I was a participant with El Indio and El Bemba, who at the time caused his instant death…”, says the man having the initials of the Dcdo in the background.

The alleged vendors were indicating by cell phone the place where he would be, which was in front of the Mercal de Aragüita II where he was murdered.

In June 2021, a Cicpc commission killed one of the participants in the murder of Quintero in Mamera, Caracas. In that case, the victim was identified as Eduardo José Solórzano, alias El Indio.

But already in September 2020, another Cicpc commission killed Leonardo José Jiménez Salazar, alias El Chino, who belonged to the El Indio gang in Aragüita II.
