Mayor Jhonny Fernández launched two applications this Monday afternoon, one for carrying out and verifying online procedures; while the second allows to know who are active officials of the municipality and who is not.
As explained by the Municipal Executive, lto application MasterApp allows direct attention to the mayor, “so that the population can make their suggestions, but also their claims. It will also be possible to make complaints about encroachments in green areas, so that the actions are immediate,” he asserted.
The Municipal Executive announced that through this application it will be possible to access the cultural agenda; What’s more, you will have a QR reader available to prevent document falsification. And they will also have a 24-hour virtual call center.
To access this platform, through a cell phone, you only have to register the number. Although you can also do it as a guest, but this will only allow you to make complaints and follow up on them.
On the contrary, If you register, they will ask for your name, surname, date of birth, identity card and even email. Once the form is filled out, they send you a verification code in a message that you must include in one of the windows, then you can access:

“It is a digital platform with which you can carry out procedures onlineFernandez said.
In other words, through this application, as explained by the mayor, it will be possible to access information on municipal areas according to their use,” he remarked, while showing the application’s functionalities.
Along the same lines, the burgomaster launched the Georeferenced System for the control of the personnel of the Secretariat of Tax Administration (SAT). This after complaints of irregular charges to taxpayers.
“There are people who are wrong using the vests and credentials of the Mayor’s Office. That is why now, when they see a SAT supervisor or notifier, they must identify themselves and show their QR, through this device they can corroborate the identity of the officials and if they are active or not,” Fernández indicated.
Moreover, the burgomaster pointed out that from now on the notifications that will be made will be controlled; since each official has a specific jurisdiction.
