Investigation focuses attention on a letter and questions Colodro’s close circle

Carlos Eduardo del Castillo, Minister of Government, revealed some data from the autopsy carried out on the auditor of Banco Fassil Carlos Alberto Colodro. The authority identified three highlights in the report as causes of death. “Traumatic shock, with multiple lacerations to internal organs and polytrauma from the fall,” she noted.

In a press conference, del Castillo alluded to the existence of a handwritten letter, of two flats, which would have been found by the investigators. “There will be tests to verify the veracity of the letter” he indicated. At the moment, the content of the letter is unknown and if it was written by Colodro.

The research focuses on the circle close to the intervener. Family, work and social environment are being summoned to give their statements and find out new indications that help to clarify the event. For the time being, he reported no arrests have been made.

“All hypotheses are valid” and, as the investigation progresses “we must discard” these hypotheses until finding the truth of the facts. During the conference he also opened the possibility to investigate the origin of the injuries suffered. He does not rule out that these may have occurred before the fall.

Finally, he called on the population and the media so that any information related to the case can be provided to both the ministry and the investigators in charge.
