Vice Ministers of Venezuela and Russia advance work on the bilateral agenda

The Vice Minister for Europe of the Ministry of People’s Power for Foreign Relations of Venezuela, Franklin Ramírez, accompanied by the Venezuelan Ambassador to the Russian Federation, Jesús Rafael Salazar Velásquez, held a working meeting with his Foreign Affairs counterpart from the Eurasian nation, Serguei Ryabkov, to discuss the bilateral work agenda between the two countries.

In this sense, the parties confirmed the high-level strategic association relations between the Russian Federation and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and expressed their desire to work on the issues of the broad bilateral work agenda.

Vice Minister Ramírez stressed that the main objective of the visit is to strengthen and expand the extensive binational cooperation, reviewing the work issues between the two countries, which has multiple signed agreements, as well as many more currently being developed for mutual benefit.

Both authorities discussed a wide range of issues, both on the bilateral and international agenda, including political contacts and the steps to be taken to strengthen sustainable and mutually beneficial cooperation between Russia and Venezuela in the commercial, economic, transport, financial spheres. , educational, sports, cultural and communications.
