The appointment is at Sonilum Arenaand the Pre-sale of tickets will begin next Monday, May 29. This was confirmed by the show production company, through a bulletin.

This will be the second and last time that Les Luthiers will perform in Bolivia. A decade ago he stepped on national stages, when he offered his show lutherapy.

Les Luthiers began their farewell tour last January, in his native Argentina and then continued through other Latin American countries. In a few days the group will visit Spain.

“This year I will be 77 years old, and Jorge (Maronna), 75. We feel very vital, and artistically we believe we are at our best moment; but, as we approach 80, our muscles and joints anticipate that they will soon begin to present us with impediments,” Carlos López Puccio, one of the members of Les Luthiers, told El País in Spain at the beginning of this year.

Les Luthiers is internationally recognized for combine humor and music, since 1967. His ability to connect with the public and the use of musical instruments created from everyday materials have been his hallmark. In their long artistic career they received distinctions, such as the Latin Grammy, Konex Awards and the 2017 Princess of Asturias Award.

On July 28 and 29, Bolivia will be able to see the group made up of: Jorge Moronna, one of the founders of Les Luthiers; Carlos López Puccio, who joined the cast in 1971, Roberto Antier, Tomás Mayer-Wolf, Martín O’Connor and Horacio, Tato, Turano.
