The elected deputy and senator, Erico Galeano, should take the initiative and make himself available to the Prosecutor’s Office, to, from there, prove his innocence. This is how Senator-elect Juan Carlos Baruja considers it.
“The responsibilities are individual, I believe that any leader, be he a representative or a senator, who had a problem with the law, should, on his own initiative, voluntarily submit, solve and litigate with all the legal tools to prove his innocence.”, opined the senator-elect of the ANR, Juan Carlos Baruja, in communication with the channel Gen – Nación Media.
He clarified that his position is personal, and that he did not talk to anyone from the party about it. In this sense, tomorrow at noon, the bench meets in the Chamber of Deputies, to establish a position on the matter.

About the rumors that place him as the future Minister of Public Works, clarified that he had not yet spoken with the president-elect about it and that the priority is to respect the process that is carried out in the TSJE and that is in its final stage.
