The criminal organization Tren de Aragua began a series of threats against poultry producers based in Guárico, according to judicial sources.
Among the victims are the owners of Agropecuaria Los Tres Robles, located in Parapara, Juan Germán Roscio municipality (San Juan de los Morros), Guárico, according to a complaint filed.
The calls that have been made to the plaintiffs come from the Aragua Penitentiary Center, located in Tocorón, where the main leaders of the aforementioned organization are being held.
In fact, from that jail the hitmen provided to execute the murder of Carlos Lanz, the attorney general, Tarek William Saab, reported in July 2022.
In the different messages and calls that have been made to the owners of Los Tres Robles, the criminals tell them to “stay calm”, “to leave it like that”.
The threat against these poultry entrepreneurs occurs in the midst of a civil lawsuit that they tried to obtain compensation for alleged damages caused to Los Tres Robles, which was leased on 4/28/17 to Granjas La Caridad CA
The lawsuit was declared valid in the agrarian courts of Guárico, which ordered Los Tres Robles to pay $3,317,939.23 “for the material damages caused by the lessee in the sheds she held as a lease.”
This decision was ratified by the Social Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, according to sentence 316 of 12/16/22, drafted by magistrate Edgar Gavidia Rodríguez.
The annulment of that sentence was requested by Granjas La Caridad before the Constitutional Chamber of the highest court in the country where they entrusted its president, Gladys Gutiérrez, with preparing a draft sentence.
