The Denver Nuggets have never played in an NBA final, but this season they are very close to achieving such a long-awaited goal since they are only two wins away from achieving it after their 108-103 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers to put the Final of the Western Conference 2-0 in their favor.
Nikola Jokic had another outstanding game by achieving another triple double this postseason and Jamal Murray who scored 37 points were the fundamental pieces for the Nuggets’ victory.
Jokic had 23 points, 17 rebounds and dished out 12 assists to achieve his 13th triple double in the playoffs.
The series now moves to the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles for game three to be held this Saturday, May 20, where the Lakers are required to win in order not to fall 0-3 in the series. During these playoffs, the Angels remain undefeated at home with a record of 8-0.
