First National Recycling Fair will begin this Friday in Caracas

Primera Feria Nacional de Reciclaje iniciará este viernes en Caracas

Regarding recycling week, the People’s Power Minister for Ecosocialism, Joshua Lorcainvited the population to attend the First National Recycling Fairwhich will start from this Friday, until Sunday, May 21, in the spaces of the Generalísimo Francisco de Miranda Park, located in Caracas.

During his speech on the radio program “Speak Caracas”, Lorca informed that the aforementioned activity will have the participation of representatives of 532 Recycling and Cleaning Technical Tables (Metras), which began in the capital city “and became an example for the country.” Likewise, he pointed out that this experience “is a national organization with more than 2,300 Metras in the communal councils, which includes more than 14,000 people organized at the national level, who will address the entire issue of exploitation.”

The First National Recycling Fair will be a space where the Garbage Use System, with indications from spokespersons belonging to the Karikuao Karibe Agroecological School of Caracas and the company Juntos y Juntas Reciclamos (Junreca) of Lara state, among other activities.
