The Spanish tennis player, Rafael Nadal, announced that he will not participate in the Roland Garros and Wimbledon tournaments and that 2024 would be his last year of his extraordinary sports career.

“I have lost these last months trying my best to recover but it was not possible,” Nadal said at a press conference.

Nadal, 36, was injured at the Australian Open last January, since then he has worked to recover, however, he has not yet succeeded, so he has decided to continue his recovery without competing at the highest level.
