Through a search and search procedure, carried out by the Homicide and Femicide Prosecutor of the province of Chiriquí and police units of the Judicial Investigation Directorate (DIJ), a person allegedly linked to the crime against Life and Personal Integrity is apprehended in the form of Femicide.
The procedure was carried out at a residence in the Alanje district, where the 54-year-old man, suspected of the incident recorded on February 9, 2023, to the detriment of the under-10-year-old, Lina Rojas, was located.
This man was transferred by the police units for the procedures corresponding to orders of the Public Ministry.
