At the initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through the Vice Ministry of Multilateral Affairs and International Cooperation, the “Program of guided visits to emblematic facilities” is developed, with the purpose of sharing with the Diplomatic Corps, accredited in Panama, the work they develop Panamanian entities of regional and international reference.
The program began in the City of Health, where ambassadors, consuls and diplomatic representatives learned about this complex of the most modern health facilities in Central America.
This Friday they visited the Instituto Técnico Superior Especializado (ITSE), an entity that is the product of international cooperation, with a professional and technical educational offer based on quality, inclusive and that responds to economic growth and development.
During the tour, the Vice Minister of Multilateral Affairs and International Cooperation, Yill Otero, highlighted “the importance of international cooperation, which is currently becoming more relevant in the face of regional challenges, so that through wonderful initiatives such as those promoted by ITSE, we expand opportunities of Panamanian youth and teachers”.
“On this occasion, we visited this distinguished higher technical training center to share with the international community present in our country, the educational work that is promoted here in order to result in the growth and development of Panama and its population,” said Vice Minister Otero. .
The program of guided visits to emblematic entities will soon continue at the Regional Logistics Center for Humanitarian Assistance (CLRAH) and the Panama Pacific Agency.
