They return a stolen car in Corumbá to a Brazilian teacher

this Tuesday afternoon, Diprove delivered a stolen vehicle in Corumbá to a Brazilian citizen on January 5. The act of returning the vehicle was attended by authorities from Bolivia and Brazil.

In addition, the authorities took the opportunity to return a motorcycle and another motorized vehicle that were stolen in Campo Grande (Brazil).

Rosli Nery de Andrade Bento (57), owner of the Chevrolet van, thanked the Diprove agents for the operations carried out to find the whereabouts of her vehicle, which was stolen from the José de Souza Damy municipal school.

“It was worth the wait after the scare we went through, I have to thank God for getting out of this nightmare”, said Roseli, who is now going about her normal activities at school.

Regarding the robbery, Police arrested several people accused of being related to this crime, these were identified as Claudeir Soares dos Santos, 22 years old; Marcell Junior Marques, 30, and Rodrigo Matheus Senna da Silva, 20.

On the other hand, the Police have confirmed that they will soon open an office in Puerto Suárez that will be in charge of address cases of vehicle theft in the border municipality with Brazilwith the aim of curbing this crime in the area.
