Cuba closed last Friday with a bloody day. Two young men, one in Holguín and the other in Havana, were stabbed to death. In the case of the homicide perpetrated in the Holguin municipality of Sagua de Tánamo, several users of social networks have identified a 15-year-old adolescent as the alleged murderer.
The fragmented reports circulating on the networks, as occurs in most of these cases in the absence of an official version, indicate that the attacker stabbed a 25-year-old young man, identified as Mariano, four times, who was left lying in the street in full day light.
The channel sing it tv published a photograph of the event, in which it is evident that the neighbors helped the man. The publication generated a wave of indignation among users, who are asking the Cuban authorities to toughen the penalties given the increase in violence on the island.
That same Friday, in the area near Prado street, in Havana, a young man from Santiago de Cuba was also murdered after receiving five stab wounds. Witnesses identified the victim as Marcos Antonio del Río Prades, 29, while the name of the culprit is unknown.
An alleged witness told CubaNet that the two men “began playing”, but the tempers “heated up” and they ended up in discussion. “The one who killed did not have a knife. They passed it to him and he had no regard,” an anonymous source told the newspaper. Other users pointed out that it was “a reckoning” from a fight they had a long time ago.

Carmen Prades, aunt of the victim, has shared in Facebook several childhood photographs of Río Prades, as well as a video where a crowd receives the mortal remains of the young Cuban. “An entire town for my nephew, everyone loved Marco,” he wrote.
The woman, like several members of the family, has demanded justice from the authorities: “I ask the Government to move to find one of the murderers, who is hiding,” he wrote on social networks.
