Dani Alves testified on April 17 for the fourth time before the judge. This time, to acknowledge that sexual relations did exist, but to make it clear that they were always consented to. Now, Cadena SER has had access to the full transcript of the footballer’s entire statement.

“Those girls came to our boothbut we did not insist, nor did the waiter to them”, Alves started explaining. “I noticed his willingness by the way he danced, how he approached me, how we exchanged positions”, he continued.

“I told him to move all that to the bathroom. He told me that yes, there was no problem. I told her that I was going first and that I would wait for her inside.” And, according to her story, inside the toilet things were very different from what the alleged victim has explained. They kissed, had sex and, while she gave him fellatio he asked her “twice if she was liking it” and she said yes.

At the end, the Brazilian told her that he would leave the bathroom before and asked her to wait a few minutes so she could do it. Is this what you think made her angry? and the reason why he would have accused her of rape: “if I had seen her at the exit, I would have stopped her to ask her what had happened to her because until then everything was fine, within what we wanted,” she said.

“I was simply an accomplice of the desire that she had or of the ones that I had”, settled Alves, reinforcing his argument that the relationships were always consented to by the girl. / Mundo Deportivo
